- Zero-Trust APIs: Our universal webhooks and API bridges operate on a strict least-privilege access model. We only request the exact permissions necessary to execute your defined workflows.
AI & Large Language Models (LLMs)
When deploying AI models (like conversational agents or review analyzers) for your business, we enforce strict data boundaries:
- No Training on Client Data: We utilize enterprise API tiers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic enterprise endpoints) where your operational data and customer conversations are never used to train public models.
- Stateless Execution: Automated routing decisions are processed in memory and immediately discarded unless explicitly required for audit logs or CRM ingestion.
